Brief
We were tasked by leading Manchester property developers Renaker to brand, name, launch and market their flagship Deansgate Square development. A luxury group of four towers and the UK’s tallest residential offering outside of London, our work had to match the high-quality of the apartments and amenities.
Response
We took the top brass at Renaker through a suite of naming and branding options, before they settled on Deansgate Square. We then ran this through website, brochureware, hoardings and internal branding - and have subsequently launched the development using social media and digital marketing.

Renaker have worked with Incredible for the last 4 years. This year we have worked collaboratively with them across all marketing including creative design and digital.
