From this video - and without seeing the equipment - you were some how able to diagnose the problem.
It took 2 months to come and try and fix it.
2 months!
The first date I was given was the 9th September - unfortunately I was away - I had to ring up and get another date - which was Monday 23rd September. The chap that tried to fix it has kept the job open - as he said it was fixed but there was a noise from the springs.
So this is where we are at today
Same problem - as you will be able to here. Probably worse. Can this be escalated - so I don’t have to wait another two months.
The ideal scenario would be a brand new piece of kit - as this has been faulty right from the getgo.
