hugg homes was borne of the desire to provide a flexible and agile response to the growing housing shortage across the UK.

The brainchild of the people behind Inland Homes, hugg creates bespoke, modern properties centred around modular living, focussed on sustainability and built upon design excellence.

Brief

We were tasked with developing an eye-catching sub-brand for property giant Inland Homes - to launch its answer to the ongoing housing crisis. With a huge land bank, Inland developed a container living concept to help ease the pressure on local authorities whilst providing a much higher quality alternative to the usual offering. It was key that the brand matched this agile and fresh approach.

Response

hugg was the playful and fun brand we developed - perfect for word play and instantly giving a friendly and intimate approach. Along with the overall brand work and website, we also worked closely with the Inland team on social media, public relations and also storyboarding, shooting and publishing a host of happy case studies - both from residents and key figures at their partner councils.
